Another excellent stay. Very well located. Friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant and welcoming lounge with good tea, coffee and cakes available. Great little bar for cocktails pre and post dinner. Good range of food at breakfast. Interesting decor and comfortable bedrooms...

The location is amazing. Our room had beautiful canal views. We were able to walk to so many different sights. There were a ton of restaurants, bars, and cafes close by.
The hotel was one of the nicest, cleanest, well decorated boutique places Ive stayed. The front desk staff were very friendly.
Our room was nice. The bed was very comfortable....

Beautiful hotel, well located and spectacularly decorated - amazing staff, all friendly and helpful.
Our room was comfortable, spacious, well equipped and a jacuzzi bath and shower.
Coffee, tea, waters, biscuits and sweets all available in the stunning reception area.
Stunning bar, great cocktails and brilliant bar staff.
Wow - amazing hotel and staff - highly recommend!

We booked in a weekend here with our 3 year old. The family room was spacious and our son was thrilled with the attention and the cat. The breakfast was lovely with warm and cold choices. The lobby and bar is the most gorgeous and welcoming space and the daily treats and water were a fantastic addition. But its the staff that made everything so wonderful thank you to them! My husband and I have just returned from a two night stay at this hotel.
The staff are lovely. Very welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is quite wacky! The decor is wild but it is very clean and well maintained. We thought the location was good.
