Location of this hotel is the best in Amsterdam. Right in the heart of the beautiful 9 streets in the Canal belt. We had a generous sized family room which was very comfortable. Complimentary drinks in the room was a lovely touch. The staff were so friendly, Leonardo was particularly helpful and the lovely last who checked us in, we did not get her name. Will definitely be back!...

Decent location was the only good thing about this hotel. The room looked nothing like the pictures, quite scruffy. Wires were dangling out of the television, which did not work. The bed was kept together with a cable tie. The mattress was incredibly soft and uncomfortable. The mattress was larger than the bed, so hung over the edge, as did the topper. The heating did not work. The plug mechanism on the bath was fall...

Hotel is in a great location. Room was wonderful and staff was very helpful. The location is convenient to everything in city but off the busy street....

Fabulous central family hotel

Great hotel. Very central in lovely district and easy to walk to Centraal Station.
Hotel nicely decorated with beautiful chandeliers. Very helpful staff with nice snacks in reception.
Family room was very spacious. Only minor concern was lack of mirrors especially for family with 3 girls.
Would very much recommend....
