Amazing hotel, clean, organized and has all basic necessities. Large bath tub as well. Very calm and good nights sleep away from all the loud cafes but still very much in the centre of the city. Friendly and helpful staff....

We loved our stay here. The canal view penthouse was clean( the couches were a bit dirty but it did not bother us at all), it was very spacious, and comfortable for our family. There was even a washing machine to use. Our children loved having the top floor bedrooms. The location was exceptional! We couldnt have asked for a more central place to find gorgeous canals, streets for wandering and shopping, great restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself is quiet and comfortable. There is a very nice coffee machine in the lobby offering espressos, lattes and basic coffee, in addition to tea and water. The location on the Emperors Canal makes it convenient to walk to many sights in the city centre. Travelling to and from the airport was easy by public transport and with a 10 minute walk. The hotel (as stated) has narrow and steep stairs, so its unlikely to suit people with mobility issues or large suitcases. Went for a 77th Birthday celebration, the family ( 3 daughters & their mother) stayed on the top floor as there was 2 double beds. I had paid in advance 50 for birthday decorations/ bottle cava wine! & a later check out which was 1pm.
