We stayed here for 3 nights. Easy to get to. Only three tram stops from central rail station. Convenient for museums only half a dozen stops away on the number 7 tram. Breakfast is included and is excellent and varied. Staff at reception and breakfast are extremely helpful and friendly. We left our luggage for a time as our flight was later in the evening. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel chain. I had a serious medical emergency and was unable to travel. Hilton asked me to provide documentation, and I did exactly that. I submitted multiple letters from my doctor confirming my condition and explaining why I could not make the trip. We visited Amsterdam in July, and this Hampton hotel and team exceeded our expectations! From the minute we walked in, the front desk team greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. And this continued throughout our 5-night stay.
