Reception were just ok.... When asked about 50 euro deposit back receptionist barely spoke... Room was good, clean.. Breakfast was nice.... Close to tram which is down the stairs which we had to figure out as we weren't told by reception... Wouldn't stay again as nothing was around the hotel.......

We visited here two separate takeaway as part of a larger trip to the Netherlands as it was only a short tram from the Centraal Ststion. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming every time we saw them and breakfast was very varied abd plentiful. Rooms were large and very clean...

We had a delightful stay here recently. Great location, just a short Tram ride away from Central Amsterdam. Everything about our stay was wonderful....from the employees who checked us in when we arrived early (on 9/30), the cleanliness of our room, the outstanding breakfast provided each morning, the friendliness of the employees.....just a top-notch experience overall. Very comfortable room & bed. Nice included breakfast. Alex was very helpful at breakfast. Easy access to Central Station on Tram 26. I would stay here again....
