Great first impression!

Best check-in experience that I ever had. Rezan was so polite and welcoming! We managed to have a little conversation, and she was amazing.
My room was clean and smelling fresh.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. A special mention goes to Razan at reception, she was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a warm smile. I definitly recommend this hotel....

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast options and dinner served until 21:30. There was an issue with my booking (through our company portal), but Razan was very knowledgeable and quickly able to resolve, saving me a lot of hassle. Will return again in future....

Everthing was perfect starting from the day of welcome on Sunday 8th the day of my birthday. Blue and Meryem welcomed us offerd us some vouchers for few drinks. The same ladies provided a great check out service.
Last but not least, Hadeel was amazing, she prepared 3 great capucinos which we will not easyly forget together with her kind smile.
