An excellent hotel stay. Good value and good location in the city. I could walk everywhere. The hotel is a two block walking distance to the Rembrandt Musueam. My room was cleaned every day. The tea bags and coffee was refilled every day.
The stay was not 100 % perfect. There was no fridge or microwave in my room. The lounge space in the main lobby was limited....

The Hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient. Location was first class with everything within walking distance. We booked breakfast because we didn't know any restaurants as it was our first time in Amsterdam. A word of caution,we arrived in Central Station at7:00 on Saturday evening and were charged 53 for the taxi. The Hotel told us that it was standard fare for Saturday night....

Top-of-the-line hotel with very affordable prices. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a convenient mini-shop in the lobby with a nice selection of beverages and snacks. Just off the lobby, is a cozy little bar area. Breakfast buffet is included and it offers a nice selection of delicious hot and cold options. My husband and I stayed at this hotel on the last night (8/28/25) of our European vacation. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff greeted us and were very friendly and professional. Even though we arrived 2 hours early for check in, we were able to check into our room and we also received a free upgrade. We were given a room in the basement with a view of the canal. From the moment we arrived we had a wonderful stay. A very warm welcome from Veronika who checked us in and made sure we were happy with everything and made our stay very special. We had a canal view room which was lovely and the hotel is in a quieter area of the city but close enough to everything you need. The breakfast was plentiful and a great selection. When we are next in Amsterdam this is our hotel of choice!...
