When we arrived, the hotel looked quite nice to us. Very clean and nice looking lobby.
However we experienced it to be extremely under staffed!! I did ask at check-in for a crib for my baby which was told it would be taken care of. However, when I reach the bedroom at night there was no crib. We called the reception and after waiting for like 20 min on the phone, my husband decided to go down. The receptionist said s...

Was not sure what to expect when booked this hotel but pleasantly surprised. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and spacious and breakfast whilst very busy had good selection on offer. Location took us a bit to get bearings and we flipped between from using ferry and the metro to get to other side of water - both very handy. Great news, we arrived from the airport at 10am and our room was ready. Being new to Amsterdam we had questions which the ladies at the front desk were able to answer. Thank you. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of items to choose from. At checkout we were able to store our luggage which was a big help...
