Train noise

We have just had a 2 night stay here. Very handy for the airport and getting in and out of Amsterdam. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. However the noise from the trains kept me awake all night. We were on floor 2 which is the same level of the trains that were practically outside our window. We were charged 6 euro a room to look after our bags after check out. We wished we had taken advantage of the checkou...

The Holiday Inn is perfect in every way, the location next to the station is ideal, the staff are great & the rooms & breakfast etc are fantastic, get it booked, roll on my next visit....

The hotel location is good only one station away from Amsterdam Centraal. The rooms are spacious for couple. The view from our rooms window is great. The staff are all friendly and helpfully. Good job everyone....

Overall experience was great. We missed our mugs being left dirty a few times in a row. Other than that, the staff were really nice. Sara was the best, very helpful and attentive always caring for us all. Sophie and the rest of the restaurant staff were also very kind and helpful. Cozy common area to chill for a bit also....

Location Experience and Price: great value

I get it, when i read all the reviews prior to my reservation, you always consider if the downs will be affecting you the same way it did to others. Not our case, we were genuinely welcomed and well taken cared by all the staff. Room is spacy and comfortable, breakfast was more than we could expect. The location is perfect due to station just next to it.
Would highly recommend for price and experience.
