1. Hotel very expansive
2. I book for group of 20 people for my company, Due to a mistake on the part of the hotel, the staff refused to provide breakfast in a very unfriendly manner, even though it had already been paid for (via RAI Hotel Service).
3. The voucher next to the minibar mentions in very small print that the free drink is only valid at the restaurant. I find this way of misleading customers dishonest.

Nice stay overall, but some improvements needed

Hotel is set in a lovely location being oosterpark, restaurant and bar area is nice too. They offer bike rental, umbrella rental and free lockers which are useful to hold luggage if you arrive before check in, or need somewhere to store luggage.
We had to change rooms straight after checking in as there was a nail poking through the floorboards. Second room was much more spacious however there was an awful sewage sm...

Ill start with the staff are very polite after that its downhill. We arrived at 3pm and one of our rooms was not ready it was still not ready when we came back at 11pm we booked a super comfy which at 11.30pm when they changed the double to the twin we lost the comfy bed topper not super comfy anymore

Quirky rooms but impractical

We were two couples and we were all quite disappointed with this hotel.
On arrival the rooms looked quirky and fun. However after spending the night in them we realised that they had been designed with style over practicality.
Both our first two rooms had a mezzanine floor, ours with a desk and sofa upstairs and our friends with the bed upstairs.
The stairs to the mezzanine in both rooms were very narrow and steep....

On the plus side Spacious room, decent shower, decent WiFi, lovely bar / restaurant, pleasant staff, location isnt bad with a 30 minute walk into the centre of the city or a quick hop on the tram.
Less good check in is painfully slow at peak times - half an hour to get through five or six check ins to find that your room still isnt ready is pretty poor. No USB charging points in rooms is an error for internati...
