Awful experience with no hot water for two nights

Very poor experience and extremely disappointing service.
We stayed for 3 nights in October, and for 2 of those nights there was no proper hot water. The water was either completely cold or unreliable. A normal shower is a basic service, not a luxury.
What made the situation worse was the hotels complete lack of responsibility. We reported the issue three times, and asked for compensation before checking out, but ...

Visted this hotel from 16th-19th Feb 2026 for my 40th birthday with my best friend we shared a double room on the 5th floor which various rooms near us were being renovated during day works started at 10am we'd have left most days just after 11am for whole day so missed most loud drilling banging etc obviously various floors were being upgraded presumably our room in next couple due room was still pretty modern with...

Absolutely the worse hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying. We booked for 4 nights and stayed one and booked another hotel as it was so bad. Safe did not work, Aircon did not work. Bed... OMG it was so bad and I ended up with a backache the next day and got about 2 hours sleep. We had a fantastic time! We timed our arrival perfectly and beat the check-in crowd, so we were in our room in no time. The location is unbeatable; youre right in the heart of everything, but its still peaceful enough to get a great night's sleep.

The hotel room is very good, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast offers a good variety. The negative point is the service, which is not always courteous. There is an option for late check-out at 10 per hour. At 11:30, a man knocked on the door in a threatening manner, informing us that we had to go downstairs immediately to pay for the late check-out.
