lovely room and reception area. I loved how relaxed and pleasant the surroundings were. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable for short stays. Staff are very helpfull and friendly....

We had a good stay but there is definitely room for improvement to make it the stars advertised. The hotel was quiet, breakfast was very good and it was easy to jump on a tram to the centre.
Our room was a good size but requires some maintenance, the photos are somewhat deceiving and the room did not have a terrace as noted. The main point was the service, it requires improvement - no one around at breakfast so had...

The stay at this hotel was very good. Nice spacious room with a very friendly staff. The Food Halls located next to the hotel are also highly recommended....

Dont book one of the packages advertised!!

I had booked the birthday package about 3 months in advance and got to the hotel and it wasnt done. I went and told reception and they said is it okay if we do it tomorrow, when we were out as they forgot. This was fine with me as wed arrived late. The following day we came back from being out all day and it still was not done! I went back down to reception and they said they didnt have the equipment to do it even...

We stayed as a couple and had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was great, the receptionist was really helpfull and our room was tidy and clean every day. We would recommend a stay here and would defintely come back....
