Good value for money. Perfect location for a family who walks a lot, needs a central stay, but likes quiet.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good sized room, high ceiling, nice and clean. The street its located on is perfect - just a quick walk to useful tram stops, or over a bridge to the main centre of Amsterdam. Also brilliantly close to Vondelpark - but on a quiet residential street, so you don't have to deal with much street noise. I had the worst experience with this hotel before even arriving. I booked a triple room for 300 per night via Booking.com, expecting a proper arrangement for three people. However, when I reached out via email to confirm the bedding setup, they informed me that they could only provide an extra sofa bed, which was not shown in any photos on their website and which they refused to provide images of when I asked.

Our stay was great. Ben was very helpful. The location was perfect for walking and close to transit stops.
Room was well appointed and comfortable bed. Washroom had a shower that needed to have the squeegee blocking the flow of water onto the floor but that was easily managed.
Deposit for a safe key. Fine.
Had to pay the tourist tax upon checking in. Use cash because a 2% credit card fee is applied.

Great location

Spend a long weekend here and can't fault it. Great location if you don't mind a bit of walking. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout. Rooms were lovely, clean and a very comfy bed. It was the perfect place to be for the weekend as we got to see lots of Amsterdam from here...

Nice small hotel near City centre. Room was nice and clean. The stairs to the room was very abrupt. Staff saa Very friendly, there was no breakfast but there was coffee machine in The downstairs. Over all nice Simple hotel! Location was quiet....
