Beware the Check-in Time

The hotel knew in advance that I would be arriving between 11am and 12pm but when I got there at 11.30am the room wasnt ready and the receptionist said it could be check-in at 3pm as stated in the hotel info.
The bad thing was that they couldnt tell me when my room might be ready on this occasion as it seemed they have no contact with, or control over, the room cleaning staff.

This hotel was fab very clean the staff where super nice the rooms beautiful and the window view wow you are also in the heart of everything nothing to far I would definitely stay here again on my next visit ...

This is a lovely place to stay. Great location, close to station and places to visit. Well organised with friendly staff. Clean and well decorated. Nice and quiet in the evening so you are not woken from your sleep although the mattresses are a bit weird! Breakfast is nice too, although we wasn't aware there that you could order pancakes or omelettes until the last day. Could do with some places to put your clothes i...

I had the pleasure of staying for just one night at the Hotel Mai Amsterdam. Staff was knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. Both the lobby and my room were clean and beautifully decorated. Wish I could have stayed longer...
