I can not reccomend you to stay in room 201; it's a two-story room and the lower floor was very cold, especially in the bathroom. We got mobile heaters from reception to help with that but obviously they made quite some noise. Also, the windows cannot be opened, except a small one in the roof, making it impossible to vent the room proberly, again, especially in the bathroom after showering. Mold on the windows is evi...

Terrible! We stayed at the hotel and one of our party suffers from an allergic reaction to mould. There was a strange small in the room and caused breathing problems for the other member of the party.
We complained to the receptionist a number of times and they had nowhere else for us to move to. We slept with the window open all night and were then advised that there was nothing the hotel could assist us with. We ...

This is one of the loveliest hotels we've stayed in, for several years. We'd thought it expensive when we chose it, but that turned out to be a great decision.
From the warm welcome, to the calming decor, it was a real oasis. The room was big and airy, with a canal view; the bed was fabulous, and storage was good.
