Loved our stay here. We found it to be a great location for exploring the city. Our room was small for the two of us but nothing to complain about. The shower door opens directly into the room so we would wait in the cute lobby while the other showered. We would definitely stay here again!...

Charged twice for one room

This hotel is in a great location but they "accidentally" charged us twice for our one room and will not refund us. We have been disappointed with the hotel's integrity and would not recommend them....

Took money from our card unknowingly

We booked a room at this hotel with our debit card. This hotel then used our card details to book a second room for us a few weeks later which we did not request, need or use. We pointed out their error as soon as we were aware of what they had done. They said they would look into it but we still do not have our money back. Be careful that they do not store or keep your payment details....

Ive written many hotel reviews over the years, and Im never scathing without reason. But in this case, I feel I need to warn people: I honestly hated my stay here.
Yes, the lobby is pretty and the location is central. The photos online look lovely - but thats where the positives end.
The reality:
Tiny, claustrophobic rooms with stained carpets
Toilet and shower basically in the bedroom no privacy at all
