The hotel was well located.
Keep in mind that the elevator only reaches half-floors, so youll need to walk up or down additional stairs sometimes even spiral stairs.
The elevator itself is very small and can only fit two people at a time, which adds to the inconvenience.
We also had a problem with the air conditioning in our room.
It didnt work all night, and it was extremely hot.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights.
The Good.
1. The hotel is in a great location close to the Museum Quarter and about a 30 minute walk to Dam Square. It is within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants, as well as a number of grocery stores.
2. The rooms are very comfortable with good beds. The air con was excellent and there was a good coffee machine. The room was a little small.

What a wonderful hotel. All staff were great. The little courtyard was a fairly quiet oasis in the middle of Amsterdams hustle and bustle. Even the breakfast, though somewhat repetitive, was high quality. Cant say enough good things about it....

Second time staying there. Lovely hotel with excellent front of house personnel. V helpful. I love the location v safe when travelling with kids. Would recommend. Lovely bakery down the road towards the museums. Trams on the doorstep. Beware stairs are steep and lifts small but I think thats standard in Dutch hotels. Will be back....
