Wonderful experience, convenient location. I would stay there again, for sure. The staff is very friendly and helpful with everything from amenities to directions and restaurant suggestions. I chose the smaller room and it suited my needs perfectly. Very clean, modern bathroom, plenty of light from a large window looking out onto the street, comfortable bed, a mini fridge and safe in the room. I would have given 5 st...

Great little budget hotel

Very good budget friendly hotel that was welcoming, clean and close to a lot in the City Center. Actually, down the street from where Amazing Race had just shown on their season opening! The only con was that we didnt realize the breakfast was $25 per person until we were checking out....

Great location, awful eggy smell

Nice hotel, nice size room, clean too. Shower is a walk in shower and was designed awfully, the shower has a sloped ceiling almost and you cant stand fully under the shower. The water splashes all into the rest of the bathroom and soaks the bath mat. Also, the smell of egg in the garden area, corridors and even our room was atrocious. The bed isnt too comfy and you only get one pillow, I didnt sleep well at all. M...

Good location, friendly staff. But shockingly poor value for money. Cramped attic room, difficult staircases (no suitable for elderly or frail customers) within floor levels. Tiny lift. Narrow single bed (I misundersood the meaning of a 'Twin' bed, which is my mistake). And a dirty toilet with excrement on seat and outside of bowl. See photos. Decent breakfast. A gem, with excellent staff

Room was clean, comfortable, and quite large for a family of 4. The best part about this hotel was the staff, who were some of the friendliest I've ever come across in hotels. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and very happy to share information about places to visit and eat....
