Had 5 nights in this hotel. Room was on the 9th floor with a pleasant view over the city. Check in was easy and was able to leave bags as we arrived before the 3pm checkin. Very easy to get from central station via bus 22 in about 14 minutes. Staff were all very friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. I had another excellent stay at ibis Amsterdam City West, a hotel I regularly choose whenever Im in Amsterdam.

Extremely dirty and expensive

I stayed in this hotel for one night on 10th of April. My company had booked the room.
The room was very expensive at 253 Euros for one night + 23 Euros tourist tax. For this price I expect a CLEAN ROOM as a minimum.
The room 504 floor was unbelievably dirty, same as the nasty wall with and stains on the curtains. Even the paper sign to save water in the bathroom was torn.Also there was stench of Marijuana in the ...
