Terrible place, with unhelpful staff. Surely the fundamental idea with hospitality jobs is to ensure your guests feel happy?

Upon arriving the lifts were not working and I have a disability so could barely manage up the steps. The water was not going down on the shower so the bathroom was flooded . The hotel is very reasonably priced and just a two-minute walk from the metro station. It was really easy to get from the airport to the hotel - just one train and one metro ride.
