Terrible place, with unhelpful staff. Surely the fundamental idea with hospitality jobs is to ensure your guests feel happy?

Upon arriving the lifts were not working and I have a disability so could barely manage up the steps. The water was not going down on the shower so the bathroom was flooded . I told the receptionist the day that se checking in around 10 pm and he did not arrange to have it cleaned up . This left 3 of us at risk of falling as the floor was wet,

The hotel is very reasonably priced and just a two-minute walk from the metro station. It was really easy to get from the airport to the hotel - just one train and one metro ride. There are limited dining options close by, but if you take a short one-stop metro ride, you'll find yourself in the arena district with countless choices. Horrible experience, don't go to this hotel.

There were multiple problems with the room and services.
1) There was a strong musty smell in the room allocated to us & the hotel did not have any other room tonight
2) The TV channels were not displaying properly
3) There was no minibar as mentioned
4) The wifi did not work
5) The safe deposit locker was already locked.
6) In place of some electric plug outlets there were foil paper coverings
