Exceptional Service!!!!

The service was exceptional, from the moment we checked in until checkout. The General Manager and his staff were very attentive to all our needs. The location was perfect close enough to all the attractions but nestled in a quaint area. Rooms were good size and very clean . Though the price were slightly higher because our stay was during the peak time for tourist , the exceptional service made it all worth it....

I recently stayed at Lancaster hotel with my partner, and it was the perfect stay. The hotel is lovely and modern and exceptionally clean. The staff in the hotel goes above and beyond. Special shoutout to Jeremy and Nicholas....

This is not a boutique hotel

Stayed here in April. The hotel is in a good location and the room was clean. I am an experienced traveler. I stayed at other Leonardo hotels in France and had amazing experiences. That is why I selected this one. No mention of elevator to my room. Or assistance with navigating the narrow stairs with luggage. The hotel had No working television when we stayed there. The front desk said its been down for a few...

An issue on arrival with one room not matching our booking but resolved quickly, without fuss and with a free upgrade of room, couldn't have asked for more. Rooms nice, clean and the shower was superb . Thanks for a great stay....
