My sister and I booked 2 rooms online. The quirkiness and location were the appeal.
Both did not disappoint. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. Where it fell short was housekeeping!! I had a wad of hair stuck to the wall of my shower, and when I opened the curtain the next morning, there was an old half full bottle of juice and a vape pen. Hotel is well located near public transport, canal cruise hub and good restaurants. Reception staff friendly and informative on arrival. Room was clean but tired looking and very small (twin room but the twin beds were pushed together and not really any room for them to be separate).
Bathroom had small moths in it and these multiplied daily (think they were coming through the ceiling fan).

At 23:40, returning back after dinner with a colleague, Ive taken a water bottle in front of the reception (fridge was on and open) and Ive been told in a rude way by one of the two receptionists that was too late to buy it and I was not allowed to buy it.
Ive then asked if I could pick it up and then pay tomorrow morning.

Great hotel and central to what we needed. Fab choice of breakfast. Room had everything we needed.
Thank you to Aldo in reception who looked after us. Booked our taxis arranged breakfast packs and assisted with booking ice tour. Nothing to much . Would come back again...

Nice Hotel in great location to get around the city. Rooms are ok with all the main facilities you need for a business trip. Clean room but you have to request cleaning. Staff really friendly and helpful. I didnt eat breakfast in the hotel but looked ok. Very quiet residential area but very near to the theatre district with plants of bar and restaurant options...
