Nice location. Horrible management.keep locking us out of our room even when we paid what they wanted in advance. Management apologized saying many people skip out without paying. Cant recommend....

Stayed for 3 nights. chose the hotel as it was same group to the hotel we stayed in Krakow. Hotel just yards away from the Rijksmuseum, blue boat canal cruises and fairly close to other attractions and restaurants.
We emailed in advance saying we were celebrating a 60th birthday. To our surprise the room had balloons, a birthday card from the staff, bottle of prosecco and sweets.

Comfortable Hotel and excellent location. On arrival we had to change our room within the first hour as the safe didnt work, and the bathroom didnt lock as the handle was loose. The first room was comfortable with a desk and comfortable chair but the second room only had a sofa bed. As we paid for a deluxe room, it wasnt.

Interesting experience. To enter the Hotel one must climb a flight of stairs - with luggage. Reception staff is pleasant and efficient.
The room we had for two adults was less say tiny Had to be very careful not to bang into a sharp corner.
Bathroom again tiny. One hits the T P roll with ones arm and shoulder when sitting.
No washcloths. Minimal towels. Soap dispenser hard to use. No USB ports.

Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish.
We called the hotel a couple of weeks before our booking to try and amend it, and the operator we spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive. There was no willingness to help, no professionalism whatsoever, just attitude.
