Amazing location, staff and general vibe

Best experience!
We went for our honeymoon and the hotel really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
We brought our poodle and he was welcomed with open arms.
The reception doubles up as a cozy cocktail / coffee bar with nice cocktails.
If we come to Amsterdam again we will only consider staying here.
Thank you so much for taking care of us!...

Hotel Staff were all lovely. Our room was in Attic space No. 211 room was tiny no sockets by mirror and no light over mirror. Bed was great fresh clean sheets very comfy. Window needed attention/ black mould. Shower is in a cupboard with the toilet. It was very clean but no ventilation fan extractor didnt work so if you showered toilet area behind screen was soaked. The room was under the stairs, no natural light but a window onto an interior hallway. Very close to breakfast room so you could hear people having breakfast and coming and going to rooms.
The staff took a deposit of 25 euros on arrival, and then told me they had no record of it the next day. Instead of sorting out the problem, they gave me the email for Max Brown and told me to contact IT! I couldn't believe it, rea...

Lovely hotel but room could be alot better

Hotel very nice but room was noisy and up some very small windy stairs. Also no heating so it was very cold for our stay. All tidy and breakfast was good though. Also ordered an arrival package for my wifes 4pth but on arrival to room it wasnt there so that was disappointing...
