What a gorgeous hotel to stay in. So welcoming from the moment we walked in, staff so helpful and cold drinks to on arrival were much appreciated! We are travelling as a family of three and when we arrived we were told we had been upgraded (best possible words to hear!!). Our room was on the canal and the views were gorgeous. Clean room, excellent view of canal, great choices for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Gave us a welcome beverage at check in. Lobby very inviting with a fireplace. Gave maps and information on where to find local restaurants....

A pefect hotel in a perfect location

I stayed here for 4 nights with my daughter on my birthday, it was a nice surprise to find Ballons and a bottle of Cava in the room. I requested a quiet room on a high floor and this is what I got.
It was the quietest hotel I have slept in, I couldnt hear any neighbours or doors slamming. My room over looked the courtyard so zero traffic noise. Good black out blinds, comfy beds and lovely bathroom.

Location is in a quiet residential part of Amsterdam. Its within walking distance to anything. Hotel is quiet. Rarely ran into any other guests during our stay. Rooms & bathrooms are reasonably sized and clean. We visited Amsterdam during a heat wave and were happy this hotel has AC! Front desk is super helpful and offered sightseeing suggestions as well as coordinating cab service to the airport when we checked out...

What can I say it was very pleasant from arriving until we departed. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Breakfast was wonderful with a large choice with timings to suit all. Bedrooms were outstanding and the overall hotel was kept to a high standard of cleanliness....
