Very well located, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast is very good. They speak many different languages. They offer a tourist agent on-line thats easy to book the attractions. Would like to thank Ciro for his kindness and offered a delicious waffle....

This is a great hotel in a highly convenient location. The hotel staff were friendly and warm and ever willing to assist us. The breakfast was very good with options for various dietary restrictions. The coffee provided free of charge in the room was top notch....

Friendly welcoming staff at reception and dining room. Clean quiet room with lovely waterlevel view of canal. Excellent bed and bathroom. Superb breakfast. Good location: short level 7-12 minute walks to numerous places of interest. Highly recommended....

Stayed here for 4 nights (3 people) and we absolutely loved this hotel! Interior is beautiful and very clean.
Staff super friendly and helpful from the start and we received complimentary drinks at check-in.
Room was fairly spacious (3 beds), clean and modern. Ive been to similar rated hotels where the rooms are run-down but ours was pristine! Our room overlooked the canal which was a lovely view.

Lovely hotel, great service, very clean, great options for breakfast too and catered for gluten free. It was in a great location so easy to get around to all the main tourist attractions. Staff are very friendly and couldnt be more helpful too....
