We loved this hotel. Grandson and I were visiting Europe; the location was wonderful; many restaurants available to us on the square. Nice rooms...pay extra for the view...you will not be sorry. Breakfast was good, room was clean and staff was friendly. Yes, there was some noise from the square, but if you're a light sleeper they provide ear plugs. Absolutely lovely hotel to stay in and in a great area. We were greeted by the receptionist named Vivian who gave us an upgrade to a superior room with a good view. She was a lovely receptionist and we could not fault her. The room was gorgeous and we couldnt have asked for a better experience!...

Lovely venue although you are in a square next to lots of pubs so the noise at times can be louder than normal.

Stayed here with my wife last week during our visit to the city. The hotel is situated right next to the tram stop so the best way to get here is to take the tram from the train station and in ten minutes you are right outside the front entrance.
The beds were comfortable and the shower worked well and there was plenty of hot water. The main problem with this place is that there is a square outside and at times ...

Amazing reception and housekeeping staff. Lovely clean hotel in a top location. Would stay again. Staff were so helpful and breakfast was lovely. And the candy in the lobby was a nice touch...
