Just a short tram ride from Central Station, The Caransa and Schiller hotels are in the heart of Amsterdam and a short walk from many attractions. On arrival we were asked if we needed room service, and if not we were awarded 2 vouchers per night for drinks in the bar at the Schiller (also NH hotels) just a short hop across Rembrandt Plein with a good view of the square. Easy to get to from the airport. The tram stops outside this hotel, and there are a lot of restaurants, and shops within walking distance. There is a night club a few doors down which can disturb your sleep. Our only downside was that our room was cold as the heating didnt work during the night, but on our departure they offered a complementary taxi back to the airport for the lack of heating. ...

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel! Its central location in Rembrandt Square offers easy access to trams, as well as a wide array of restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and served a great breakfast.

This property is in an excellent location, with plenty of restaurants and bars within a few minutes of walking. We found it to be a great starting point each day to set off exploring new areas in new directions. We were on the 6th floor, facing the front, so while we could hear the tram, we couldn't hear the bell. The hotel provides earplugs for each guest if this may be an issue.
