Room size and furnishings were nice; no outlets in bathroom for my travel straightener; only provided one liter bottled water, then advised to drink tap water, no valet or concierge services. The soap/lotion dispensers did not pump well or at all. They encouraged you to forgo room cleaning for a drink of your favorite choice, but then they only had a very limited drinks available to use the voucher, none were our pre...

Great location and friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast and dinner. We stayed an extra 3 days in Amsterdam and loved the ease of getting around. Hop on and hop off bus is close by and so are the trams....

Nice hotel in a very convenient location. Easy to and from the airport and trams to every part of the city. Room was nice. Very comfortable bed. I find 24/7 Grab and Go access a nice perk. I'll see if they have a room the next time I visit Amsterdam....
