The hotel was clean and amazing with really nice breakfast. The rooms were big and clean with really comfortable beds. Really nice location really close to the center. Thankfull for all the staff that made our stay special....

My experience at NH Amsterdam Noord was very positive. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the free shuttle service to the ferry made getting to the city center very convenient. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which was a nice escape from the bustling city. The breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of delicious options. ...

Great hotel, location is great specially with the Shuttle service, Ricardo was amazing and kind, patient and helpful. The hotel atmosphere is very welcoming, the Receptionists are all very kind and helpful, specially Raabia and Abdel.
I was disappointed that there is no complimentary water in the rooms, even though you can drink tap water but, for the rest staff was helpful, rooms were clean, will come back....

Stay was amazing Ms. Marlena was just lovelyso hospitable & made my stay so enjoyable .. her & her staff 🫶🫶🫶.. Bed was so nice..room so clean& nice view!!...

Staff was professional and welcoming, the room was clean, but it needs to be refreshed. In room 279, the bathtub is damaged. Some parts of the walls look like they have been washed. No slippers are provided. It was okay, but in my opinion it is not worthy of a 4-star rating. ...
