The Hotel is a Ideal location, and looks good at first. We are 2 couples 64-69 years old. Checkin , they do lock up your bags if you are early, but not helpful in any early-checkin or updating your room being ready. watching the staff from the lobby several times, I noticed they are over staffed at the desk with young folks , playing around and not tending business. This was a fantastic hotel for a 3 day trip yo Amsterdam. Only negative was the noise from partying in the square until the early hours of the morning....

Great hotel that is well located, 20 minute walk to most attractions: museums, shopping, restaurants and Central Station. Tram transportation just outside the hotel. Courteous staff ready to please.
Would definitely stay here again....
