they gave us rooms on opposite corners, did not offer cleaning, even after asking to make up rooms, tea cups were not cleaned. overall a pathetic experience of branded property at higher cost....

We came here for the graduation at VU university, very nice stay at the hotel near to university, very friendly staff, nice breakfast and great omelette from Herman!!...

We chose this hotel for our business trip to Amsterdam to attend the Mets Trade. It's located right next to the bus stop, and the fairgrounds are just three stops away. It's also an easy bus ride to the city center. The staff is attentive and friendly. Despite my request for the rooms to be cleaned daily, they weren't. I stayed at NH Amsterdam Zuid from November 14 to 22 and this was by far the most disappointing hotel experience I have had in Amsterdam. I visit this hotel several times a year and always expected a certain level of professionalism and security. What happened this time was simply unacceptable.

Lovely, spacious room which was very quiet. Central location meant it was very easy to travel into Amsterdam on the bus, number 62 from outside the hotel to Zuid station, about 5 mins away, then the M52 metro to Rokin which takes about 10 mins.
