It was a great experience, made even better by everyone involved. Sris smile started each day on a positive note. The food suggestions and friendly attitude of each person at the desk was always welcoming and the rooms remained clean everyday. Not a bad moment during our stay....

I appreciate the location of this hotel. It was close to the major sites. Desk staff was also friendly and eager to help.
One of your staff members stands out. Sri, was so friendly and very helpful. She welcomed me each morning and guided me through....

Centrally located in the heart of the city.

I spent a couple nights here and had a great experience. It is close walking distance to most everything. I left my laptop in my room after checking out and the staff was very helpful with getting it shipped back to me. I will stay here again the next time I am in Amsterdam....

Lovely clean, comfortable room, excellent power shower . Superb breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff , especially Sri at breakfast with her cheerful morning greetings! Lifts work well , a big fridge full of snacks, soft and alcohol drinks in reception. Hotel bar/restaurant okay but does close at 10pm Hotel very central, walking distance to everywhere , also tram stop and Grolsh bar at end of road very convenient....

Had a very comfortable three night stay here. Walkable from train station. Good position near 9 Streets area. Rooms contemporary and clean. Superior room had a coffee machine, fridge and beautiful bathroom. Lacked a view as windows above head height, but perhaps this isnt true for all rooms. Breakfast was good - lacked selection of hot items and juices poor, but coffee good....
