Beautiful Hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, especially the restaurant. SRI who greeted us every morning with a big genuine smile was especially kind and friendly, made us feel welcome and definitely deserves extra recognition
Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Amsterdam!!!

My Disappointing Experience with NH City Center Amsterdam

When I booked two rooms through the Al-Mosafer app, the photos showed beautiful accommodations with spacious rooms. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what I expected.

The facilities were excellent and we were well taken care off from the moment we arrived. The breakfast selections were marvellous and staff such as Maria and Sri were helpful and pleasant. In short, we had a great stay at the hotel. We will definitely select NH Hotel City Center Amsterdam for our next trip to the city...

Fantastic location and hotel. The room was confy and quiet although on the ground floor, with a great street and canal view. Everyone was polite and professional....
