We had a lovely comfortable stay at this hotel. We used the gym and had pre-booked breakfast which we would highly recommend. We liked the little extras the water and fruit at Reception and bottle of water and coffee/tea in our room although we understand that its perfectly safe to drink the tap water. We had a wonderful hotel experience from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, especially for exploring the city, and the atmosphere of the hotel was very welcoming. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay.

It is a nice hotel centrally located for the most part the service was good with exception of one lady at the desk. The lobby amenities are poor. The breakfast is excellent. The only draw back was our room size. My son got married and all my families room were much bigger than ours with the same block prize but our room was super small. Our stay at this hotel was incredible. The entire place is beautiful from the lobby filled with gorgeous flowers, to the bar and restaurant (with a fantastic bartender), to our amazing suite with stunning views.
