This hotel is one of the few hotels in Amsterdam I really can recommend! It already starts when checking in, where receptionists such as Carolina welcome you to the hotel. Any question I had she has solved directly with a lovely smile. Very customer focused service and great recommendations you can get from the receptionist there! From the minute I entered the hotel i was highly impressed!! The reception had a lovely Christmas feel to it with beautiful decorations and the front of house staff were amazing. Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The front desk employees were exceptionally helpful and welcoming especially the guy named Ancho who helped us with the space issue in our room. Overall we lived our stay at the hotel....
