Great hotel - good location - by the Amstel River. Good size rooms which are well laid out. The food was really good and the breakfast in the morning was casual but had a good variety. Perfect for someone who wants a quiet location with good service and a comfortable room...

This hotel is comfortable and well located. We walked to the old town Amsterdam area several times. The hotel staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfasts, which were included in the hotel price, were served buffet style. There were choices to meet every need, and the quality of the food was excellent as well. Go for the Haarlem tulips; stay for Kings Day!

The staff are incredible here and go out of their way to please! The location is close enough to the central area of Amsterdam and very convenient to the tram! The walk along the river is beautiful. So many wonderful restaurants close by. Anything we needed to change or resolved was quickly done so by staff. They remembered us and gave excellent service every time we Gathered for drinks or in the lobby....

Hotel was very clean and reception staff were polite. Hotel was lovely and quiet.
Room was disappointing as it was on the top / fifth floor so it had no view and not a great feel to the attic roomroof windows gave a view of the sky and the tiny window at the side of the room behind a desk might as well not have been there. We had booked a deluxe. The only mirror was in the bathroom so had to dry hair and put makeup...
