A very smart canal district choice

If there were half stars,I would rate this 4.5.
As this is our first time to Amsterdam, I did a lot of research into what part of the city to stay in, followed by hotel choice. It quickly became clear the canal district was where we wanted to be as there is so much history and opportunity for exploring here.

Lovely boutique hotel on a quiet street overlooking the canal. Friendly staff who were great with restaurant recommendations. The bathroom was modern and clean with a good strong shower. The bedroom itself was more dated. We took a room overlooking the canal, although small it was a lovely setting....

Unbeatable Location, Underwhelming Hotel

The location is genuinely unbeatable right in the heart of the canal district, walkable to everything, and very safe. Service was above average and the room came with robes and Smart TV, which was a nice touch.

Quiet and Very Pretty Location, Great Hotel

We absolutely loved our stay! We were here for four days and had a room on the third floor with a little inside balcony where you sit overlooking the canal, beautiful. The room didn't have much storage space for a longer stay and the room was a bit small but the balcony, location and view definitely offset that.
