This hotel checks all the boxes: a) great location near restaurants, charming canals, and 10-15 minutes from train for day trips; b) very quiet room and really comfy beds; c) hot showers and well-supplied bathrooms; d) spotless and well-maintained; and e) helpful staff. Throw in a cozy breakfast/bar, nice decor, and youve got a perfect vacation spot....

They are terrible

They are very greedy and very manipulative, my daughter got sick and I had to re-schedule my flights, I requested a change of dates in booking and they refused making me lose 1k euro. Please avoid them as they are greedy and manipulative....

So overpriced. The hotel has dated decor, wallpaper peeling away and junk kept in the guest corridors. We had a quadruple room for 4 but there is only a single wardrobe with enough hangers for one person. This meant we were living out of our suitcases. Carpet in our bedroom hadn't been washed for a while as it gave the room a nasty smell. I think it may have been sick at some point but it was very musty. We overl...

We paid over 250 Euros for a single nights accommodation with no breakfast in this stylish-looking hotel in the city centre less than 10 minutes walk from the central train station. We were allocated a basement room, which was tiny (hardly any space to even walk round the bed), a very small window that was so high you couldnt see out and a smelly bathroom. The Hotel is Lovely. We stayed two nights and we enjoyed everything. Very close to city center and convenient to train stations. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was very nice and clean. Comfortable bed. The area was a little congested with a lot of bike's riders....
