We stayed here for two nights during a whirlwind European trip. The two ladies working the staff desk were very kind and helpful. The room was small but had a cool view over the neighborhood's rooftops, and the rain shower was very nice. A very overrated hotel! Expensive for what we received. The room had very basic amenities and you had to ask for extra coffees after one each. Our coffee machine was so slow and stopped functioning on our final morning. The goodie box in our hotel room was just an expensive and unnecessary temptation. One day we did not even have the bottled water refreshed.

Stayed here for a couple of nights, friendly welcome at reception from a lovely young lady who provided us with a map and pointed out some must do sights of Amsterdam which we found very useful!
The room was lovely with a fantastic rain shower and separate toilet. A really comfortable bed with good quality bedding and fluffy pillows! We both had a great night sleep!

We enjoyed our stay at Sir Albert very much. The room was very quiet (as requested) and the shower facilities were clean and well designed. Also the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the Museum district, restaurants and metro. I stayed at the Sir Albert for four nights while on vacation in Amsterdam. The hotel has a hip vibe with a friendly and accommodating staff. My room had a small balcony which I made good use of. The ground-floor Asian restaurant offers a good breakfast and becomes a bit of a scene at night. Rooms are cozy and modern, and have robes and comfortable beds.
