Just back from staying here for my daughters 18th had such a great time i couldnt fault one thing about it
Room was lovely and cosy
Staff were so friendly and helpful when we needed advise on what tram numbers etc we needed to get to go on our trips they helped us
Hotel is just super cool so friendly we just felt like we were walking around our own house it was just so comfortable to be in

Great experience for children. The game room is only available if you stay 2 nights. However for the price one pays per night, it would have been nice to be able to use the game room without extra payment. The Room we slept in was below our expectations. I would recommend to lower the price per night, seen the quality of the room was not great. Staff very friendly though. Nothing to say about that. I understand Amste...

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location is great. I walked up through the Albert cuyp market, only a couple mins walking and loved it. The ground floor with a small bar and arcade area with loads of old cabinets was great and all the old consoles and games ( which you can organize to play in your room, staff did offer this to me but I was just too busy and only got back to bed too late to play anything). I stayed at the Arcade Hotel for about a week with my partner and we had a blast! The back patio was so much fun, the arcade games were really cool, and our hotel room was really cozy. We were in a great location - one block from the train station. We were also close enough to bike to everything in Amsterdam. The hotel staff was super nice and helpful.
