We stayed at the Manor House in Amsterdam for three nights, a quick getaway from London with my wife. Overall, the hotel had a nice, clean room, and we loved the locationit was really convenient for exploring the city. Location: It is an excellent location with easy access to the centre of Amsterdam via train from Muiderpoort and tramlines close by. There are plenty of places to eat locally within walking distance - we liked Pazzi Oost and De Biertein. There is also a supermarket and bakeries nearby.

I recently finished a week-long stay at The Manor, and I absolutely fell in love with this hotel. I wasnt originally supposed to stay here (long story as to how I got redirected). Not knowing anything about the hotel I was hesitant at first, but once I got inside I never looked back.

I genuinely dont understand how this property is rated anywhere near a 4-star standard, and the online presentation felt misleading compared to the reality.
We booked king-size bed rooms but were given two single beds pushed together, with an uncomfortable gap in the middle. We kept sliding into it during the night and barely slept. This is not acceptable for a hotel at this price level.

The Hotel, room, location are great
Customer service is terrible, communication at the reception was very poor!
After my stay I contacted the hotel multiple times via phone and email regarding the invoice - they absolutely no clue
Problem still not solved!...
