Had a lovely stay!!
Pro:
- The hotel was nice, spacious and clean.
- Nadia in the reception was the best, so sweet, funny and professional. Very service minded, we absolutely loved her!
- The spa was great.
- The room was great - big and clean!, the view was amazing and location (nice and quiet)!!
- We didnt try out the breakfast, but the dinner at the hotel was absolutely amazing!

We had a terrific stay. The small hotel is in a perfect location. It's on a quiet street, but it is a short walk to the museums, etc. A lot was included--more that almost any hotel. There was breakfast, afternoon snacks, bicycles, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks day and night. The hotel is near a park with a range of restaurants. If you like to purchase luxury goods, there is a string of shops a block away.

Terrible experience. This in not a 4.5 star hotel. Extremely rude front desk management. Took so long the registration, didnt want to guide on how to get to the elevator, room with mini pillows, zero amenities, water at least, old nespresso machine but no coffee or water. 90% of shampoo and body wash empty, no conditioner. Looks like a college student building with mini supermarket. Worst part, staff didnt listen a...

Had a great 1 nights stay here and I had booked a meeting room too. Decor is very funky, hotel room has everything you could need for a stay and it is clean and very modern.
The breakfast was exceptional! Wish I wasnt with work as I would happily have had a leisurely breakfast and glass of sparkling wine. Easy to get into central Amsterdam for dinner, staff were wonderful.
