Lovely hotel. I highly recommend. 5 minute walk from Central station. Location very central. Tram stops just outside so easy to travel around the city. The hotel itself was very clean. Staff courteous and helpful. Free coffee, tea and water at reception a most welcome touch....

Great location as very central and 10 minute walk from Central Station. Friendly atmosphere. Room was perfect for our 4 night stay, especially liked the Nespresso machine and pods. Free coffee and flavoured water in the reception lounge area. Would definitely stay again....

Items we had newly purchased were stolen from our locked room, and the staff had absolutely no reaction. Do not go near this hotel...
