Very helpful & Friendly Staff, even a Whats App group fof help & Advice. Lovely & Clean, pillows amazing. Bed comfy. Room on the small side but perfect for a few days. Didnt have a problem with the glass partition en suite. Quiet for such a central location. Walking distance to everywhere and an amazing Steakhouse a few doors down! Would definitely stay again....

Lovely hotel. I highly recommend. 5 minute walk from Central station. Location very central. Tram stops just outside so easy to travel around the city. The hotel itself was very clean. Staff courteous and helpful. Free coffee, tea and water at reception a most welcome touch....

Great location as very central and 10 minute walk from Central Station. Friendly atmosphere. Room was perfect for our 4 night stay, especially liked the Nespresso machine and pods. Free coffee and flavoured water in the reception lounge area. Would definitely stay again....

Items we had newly purchased were stolen from our locked room, and the staff had absolutely no reaction. Do not go near this hotel...
