perfect location, breakfast above average for a 3 star hotel, free water and coffee available at the lobby round the clock were all positive sides.
room was too small to put even 2 cabin size luggages. 2 single beds instead of one dbl as we booked. no view from the room and depressive....

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at this wonderful hotel. This was our 5th trip to Amsterdam but our first stay at this hotel and it wont be our last.
Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by the friendly receptionist who check us all in (we had 4 rooms booked) Dont forget about the city tax that you have to pay on check in.

Hotel is well located for seeing everything in Amsterdam

Food outlets less than 50m walk. Staff very friendly
Rooms lovely and spacious and clean
Beds comfy. Breakfast very well presented and stocked. Lobby great for a coffee,free, and a chat after a day out...

The check in and check out procedures were awful
We were a group of 23. The typing in of all the information on the ipad was extremely slow and inefficient. The reservations had been made months before, so the information should already have been on file.
Also, the online checkout procedure caused problems

I booked a single room at the Westcord Hotel for a conference, and its location is ideal, just a 10 minute walk from the Eurostar international station, with three tram stops right across the street and several others nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and they were happy to store my luggage. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, including a Nescafé coffee maker with capsules.
