Not close to the centre but has great transport links

The hotel is clean, affordable, accessible and there are shops and transport in close proximity. The hotel allows you see more of Amsterdam. Trams and buses are minutes away. KFC and other food shops and a supermarket close by.
There is nothing special or undesirable, I may stay here again....

Clean and spacious room and very accommodating

Fantastic hotel , it's about 30 mins from central station on the bus. We went with our dad who was 73 and he said he really enjoyed the hotel. Definitely would stay again. Rooms were very spacious and clean. I had asked to be accommodated on the bottom floor and it was no problem . Hotel smelt lovely in the corridors and staff are very friendly. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying at this hotel....

LACK OF MAINTENANCE, SAFETY, AND COMPETENCE: DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.
- Two entire tiles fell from the bathroom wall while I was about to enter the shower..and I risked a LOT.
- My partner and I were moved to a single room and forced to share one bed.
- At checkout, no manager on duty could answer my questions.
- I got only a 50% refund where a 100% refund + compensation for damage would have been the bare minimum....

Great short stay hotel!

Located in outer city only 20 min uber trip to the centre which pick up spot was right outside hotel,super easy to get ubers anywhere in amsterdam.There is hundreds of bikes to be aware of!Hotel room great lovely bathroom and shower,wifi across the road was bars restaurants dessert places and a dominos.Double room was perfect for me and my boyfriend....

Unsafe and unpleasant

The hotel is located in a really dangerous and dodge area especially as two women, continuously got stalked to and from the hotel around the local area, hotel staff were not helpful. On our last night they went through our belongings, took photos of the room and kicked us out at 11pm with no where to go as two young girls due to messy room despite it only being our suitcase packed up on the bed.
