We were in Amsterdam for a concert taking place on King's Day but we booked our hotel relatively late. We didn't have many options of hotels and this wouldn't have been my first choice but was left pleasantly surprised. Overall, a nice experience with lovely staff. A Wonderful Stay: Comfortable, Convenient, and Truly Welcoming

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and the beds (especially the pillows!) were super comfortable;we all slept great. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety each morning.
The location is really convenient, with both bus and train stops nearby. Theres a small cafeteria just around the corner (credit card only), two supermarkets just 2 minutes away, and a lively square f...

Overall a good hotel with a clean bathroom which is important for us.. but the room was dusty our bedside tables, the bedside lamps and the mini fridge they were full of dust and not once cleaned while we were in the room...the room was cold it took 4 days for it to warm with the air-conditioning and when we asked for extra blankets we were told they couldn't provide us... ...

Do not get late checkout and beware of housekeeping!

Location was great, having a high floor room to see out over the city and the fireworks on NYE was great but the housekeeping really really disappoints!
The rooms are brown and dated and smelt heavily of smoke. The sheets werent changed when they were meant to be, toiletries were not replenished and our empty plastic bottles and cans we had put to one side neatly (not in the bin) were taken away but its common kn...

Fair hotel, Reasonable price

The hotel is in a good location with direct access to public transportation. The staff was very helpful. Our rooms were old but clean. We stayed during a renovation period so they will probably change.
The only negative was that one of the two rooms had a musty smell for some reason.
Overall I recommend it because the prices were reasonable when we booked....
