Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff threatened and verbally abused me for smoking OUTSIDE the building. When I made a complaint, the person in charge of complaints Angela Motzo lied through her teeth. Claiming I verbally abused the staff and threatened them. Very nice hotel and great location to get into the city centre, would definitely recommend for a short stay. The only issue we had was that the tv would not work but other than that we had a great stay...

Chose hotel as a cheaper out of the centre option on a week that prices seemed very high in the city. Room was clean, bathroom looked to have been recently decorated and the bed was very comfortable. As I left all the beds were being replaced. One drawback is the location which I understood when booking and although not central the hotel is well served by the No 7 tram and the nearest metro is about 10 minutes walk. ...

The customer service at this hotel was good. We had some issues with our TV remote not working and it was fixed immediately. Reception were also knowledgeable about the area and answered the queries we had. The room was a good size and the pillows and bed were comfortable.
