I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed! The location was perfect, with a tram stop right outside making it easy to get around.
The area was peaceful and quiet, so it was easy to get a good nights sleep.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained.
I also appreciated the convenience of having vending machines for quick snacks, and a Lidl supe...

Really happy with the experience I had at XO hotels Park West. Check in was super easy and quick. The receptionist was very helpful. Our room was the perfect size for two of us. Bathroom and room clean. Only downside to the room was the lack of natural lighting and the bed is a little uncomfortable but if you are super busy in the day you wont even notice it.
There is a tram stop that is right outside the entrance...

The hotel is very nice and clean. There is the easiest self check in and out I have ever seen. The rooms are nice and spacious, especially the bathroom, which comes with a rainfall shower. The only things I could notice that I didn't like is the wear and tare on some of the furniture and quite uncomfortable beds. At the reception, there are also vending machines, which if you buy 5 drinks is going to be more expensiv...

We stayed here following a trip on the Eurostar & was designed as a package together.
Though the breakfast selection had a wide range, less can be said for our room. It absolutely stunk of stale water every day and we could hardly see out of the windows. The staff were ok, though seemingly very quick to check us out!
NB Suitable for the local tram and Lidl, but little choice or eaterys....

My 20 year old son and I just stayed at this hotel for 4 nites and it was perfect! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the daily breakfast was plentiful and tasty, our room (comfort twin) was perfect for the 2 of us without feeling cramped, and the room and bathroom were clean. The location was literally across the street from a tram stop which made it convenient to get around the city via public transport...
