A good place to stay

A good place to stay, large room, very clean and helpful staff. On the outskirts, but tram 19 stops right outside the hotel, although it doesnt take you completely into the centre but it does take you to the museum area. Theres also the 21 bus which is a 10 minute walk away and that does take you to the centre and central station. Its a no-alcohol hotel. Some restaurants fairly near by and a supermarket....

Comfortable, spacious and clean. Beds were large and comfortable, breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Staff are pleasant and helpful.
Trams stop directly outside, just one stop or a ten minute walk to the train station for a train to the airport or to Central Station in city centre, both around 15 - 20 minutes or you can take a tram in other direction to explore the city. Good transport links, around 30 minutes out...

Dirty socks and broken lock on door

We stayed at this hotel from 810 February and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.
Upon arrival, we found an old pair of socks left in one of the drawers in our room, which immediately raised concerns about housekeeping standards. While this alone may have been an oversight, what happened the following evening had a far greater impact on our stay.

Watch lost and lack of assistance

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this hotel. After check-out, I realised I had left my watch and scarf in the room. I contacted the hotel and was asked to send an email, but I did not receive any response for several days. I had to contact them again, and only then was I told they had not found anything. I asked them to check again and was told they would get back to me, which never happened.

This is second time staying at this Hotel. When I first came back in 2013 it was called Golden Tulip, now it's changed it's name to XO Park west but the standards are just as good! The hotel is a comfortable 10min walk from Sloterdijk rail station, or they is a tram stop called Molenwerf which is directly outside the hotel.
Arrived early but the team let us leave our bags in the luggage room. Come 3pm we checked in ...
