Most reviews I'd read prior to our visit were accurate and fair. Lovely hotel! Very well situated for visiting all the sights. We thought we might use the metro but we didn't at all! We walked everywhere and got an uber a couple of times (acropolis and one night into Plaka). All hotel staff were professional, friendly and helpful. We were greeted straight away and helped with our case. I had emailed the hotel a few w...

We had a great meal on the outside front terrace. I had the sauted sea bras with veggies and it truly was a treat in a city full of meat and pastries. My wife had the salmon with vegetables, and that was a fresh, real tasty treat.
The big plus was the quick serving time, without loss of quality....

A nice hotel in a good location just a ten minute walk from the city center. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and are cleaned regularly. The breakfast at the hotel is very varied and plentiful, so everyone can find something for themselves. We spent two nights in this hotel and I cannot rate it highly enough. The reason is that the staff were amazing, especially at Reception. We arrived from a cruise at 8 am, hoping that there would be somewhere to leave our luggage until Check In at 3pm. We selected the Tiare Hotel from the Trip Advisor reviews. The rating is valid. The rooms were very nice and the there was an excellent spread for breakfast. The morning view of the giant fountain was highly appreciated during breakfast. Most of the staff was proficient in English and they were very helpful. Our stay was quite pleasant.
