Horrible hotel.

The hotel is under renovation. There is no internet, there is no breakfast and dinner for which we paid, there is no room service. Everything is dirty. There are no guests in the hotel. It is spooky and scary. We want to move to another hotel. Immediately. We have paid and we have nothing in the hotel....

Utterly filthy and in dire need of a renovation!!

Never have i stayed in such a disgustingly filthy hovel! The area feels unsafe, dryg users at the front door woke us screaming and moaning 3 mornings on the trot. People lying on pavements, people rocking and making noises. Syringes and needles strewn around. The hotel was filthy and in desperate need of ripping to shreds and starting again.

When we arrived, the service was terrible; we speak little English and they showed no interest in understanding us. They charged us 5 to store our luggage until check-in in a room without a lock, and when we went to check in, they didn't provide our luggage and we had to move 20 other users' suitcases to access ours, while the reception staff just watched and didn't offer any help. Hotel is ok the neighborhood is not great. But I only come here to sleep so Im not that worried about the neighborhood. Everything you need is in the hotel but its dated and could use an upgrade because everything feels and looks old. But if price wise its worth it because the hotel is in the city center not that far from the acropolis hill.
The beds really need an upgrade though because I could feel the spring...

The hotel is clean and well situated close to metro station. The rough sleepers outside do not give the feeling of being in a safe area. However there are good places to eat and shops nearby.
The breakfast is ok with cooked and cold options.
We did have a problem with a leak in the bathroom but were moved to another room, once one became available and received an apology for the inconvenience....
