Drug users on the doorstep

Drug users sit outside this hotel day and night . Its very intimidating indeed to have to walk past them. We watched them from our room snorting ! There is a security guard on the hotel door.
The staff try hard to please and the breakfast is very good. The room furniture is ok but it feels like a 1* hotel .

The hotel needs full refurb! Building itself is lovely but very tired to say the least!
The area does have many rough sleepers and drug takers but so does a lot of Athens! Lots of beggars everywhere!
The hotel is lacking a Wifi signal making it not ideal!
On a plus is 15min walk into main areas! The Acropolis is a must visit but a tough hike! Get a hop on bus! The Blue is 20 for 2 days and is every 20 mins.

Very disappointing experience. I tried multiple times to contact the hotel regarding my reservation through email and WhatsApp but never received any response. I also requested cancellation due to unexpected circumstances but the hotel refused and provided no assistance. Very poor customer service and communication....

The pictures and descriptions are very misleading, This hotel is very run down, and there is no bar as described. The food is mediocre .
To the front of the hotel is a pretty square that is enjoyed by the many drug addicts, injecting 5 metres opposite the front door and leaving their needles scattered on the ground,The immigrants also like to congregate here and Harass the pretty girls.
