Great hotel.

Wonderful hotel with very welcoming staff, clean and great food (breakfast) only complaint was broken shower door that was never fixed despite reporting it, hence the 4 star mark. All in all a lovely hotel. Would definitly use this hotel again....

Avoid it. Worst customer service, rude staff at reception and restaurant.

Dissatisfied disappointed with service,
No room service, had to pick iron from reception as they did not have staff.
Restaurant staff are rude and not welcoming at all, no smile and it feels like they are giving us free food and at 9:59 we asked for Nutella and they say breakfast is closed.
Avoid if you want service.
More over it is the worst area in Athens, was not aware of that.

Very clean, the staff are all very friendly and polite and professional. The price is reasonable. The bed was the softest and most comfortable of the 4 hotels I stayed at in mainland Greece. The breakfast buffet is also a plus. It is in a very safe location....

I am writing due to my pure dissatisfaction that I experienced whilst staying at this hotel I have multiple issues that I would like to bring up which I have done so below.
Safety: This area that the hotel is located is completely unsafe. When I arrived to the hotel the first thing my taxi driver said was to be 'EXTREMELY CAREFUL as this is the most dangerous part of the ENTIRE country' I experienced on a daily bas...
