Not perfect, but a good stay. Location is great, all staff were really nice, the bedroom itself a bit tired but all very clean and the bathroom was modern and well equipped - slippers and bathrobes provided, a nice touch. The one negative is that it was noisy at night; we had a room facing the street and there was really loud music on Thursday, Friday & Saturday night well into the night (2-3am) - was ok with earplug...

ONE OF THE WORST STAYS IN GREECE

If you accept waiting at the airport for a driver who had the wrong pick up name, and waited almost an hour to find this out...if you accept the hotel taking all the accommodation money early and not letting you know...if you accept looking at a dilapidated building directly outside sheltering drunks and homeless...if you accept street noise well into the night...if you accept swearing and vomiting in the street mos...

Room very comfortable, and staff extremely accommodating, unprofessional, friendly, with a great recommendation for a restaurant that we really enjoyed. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Athens, funky location, with graffiti on almost every wall, but felt very safe and there were several restaurants within walking distance that looked interesting....

This is a good hotel - comfortable bed & pillow, good AC, clean room and bathroom, decent breakfast, friendly, helpful, professional staff. If you get the penthouse suite, you get a balcony and a view of the Acropolis. I rate the hotel as less than average because of the area that it is in. The hotel is in a great location, just a few metres from the agora and a pleasant stroll to the main Acropolis gate. Its also only 200 metres from Thissio station and 500 from Monstariki station. The Psirri area is fun and not packed like the Plaka, with heaps of bars, cafe and restaurants on the doorstep. Room was very comfortable, breakfast excellent, as was the staff.
