Be careful what room you book!

I was booked for one night on a business trip and Im assuming the travel agent didnt check the website when they booked a single room - probably the cheapest. What I got was an internal room with no window and no natural light. It was dark, depressing and dated. In order to charge my phone I had to move a piece of furniture to access one of the three plugs in the room (making it darker still as I had to unplug one ...

Worst hotel in Athens by far!

Possibly the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel in Greece. The staff were rude. The prices we extortionate in the restaurant and the bar. The bed must have been 20 years old! Bowed in the middle and smelt. The lights were on all night as there was an issue with the room electrics! Really poor breakfast and the waiter wanted to charge me for a Latte!!
Do your self and find an alternative hotel in Athens!...

I stayed at the Royal Olympic Hotel for 10 days, and honestly, the experience was quite disappointing.
The biggest issue was the room key cards. They stopped working almost every day or every second day, which meant constantly going back to reception to have them reactivated. After a while, it became really frustrating.

We recently stayed at the Royal Olympic Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
Check-in was smooth, efficient and welcoming, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. Throughout the hotel, the staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help.

We stayed in this hotel after arriving on a cruise. We were told we wouldn't be able to get into our rooms until at least 1:30 PM. The front desk staff was nice, but I felt like they really didn't want to be bothered by guests that kept asking about the room status updates. We did get into the room sometime after 2:00 PM.
