This hotel could be a five star with a few improvements
Travelled on 11/2025
This hotel could easily be a five star with a few tweaks. It has a great location, but it is resting on its laurels and not making the few changes it needs to be all it can be. Customer service is great, and the rooms are very pretty, but the rooms lack modern features. There are no electrical plugs by the nightstands next to the bed, or in the bathroom. In fact, there are few electrical plugs in the room. The light ...

Not even close to 5 star hotel
Travelled on 10/2025

The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk away from the Acropolis Museum, the Acropolis, Hadrians Arch, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the National Gardens, and the Plaka neighborhood for shopping. Restaurants in the Maristraka neighborhood are a 15-20 minute walk and certainly doable, although you m...

Avoid The Royal Olympic Hotel
Travelled on 09/2025
I organised a hotel stay for our American friends and as we had been booked to stay at the Royal Olympic booked by our travel agents, I made bookings on behalf of our friends as it was easier to do it from the UK. The Hotel made a complete mess with the booking so much do that we were called on our mobiles one afternoon asking them to come back to the Hotel immediately to pack up t g EUR belongings! Not that simple w...
