This hotel is providing information on the website that is incorrect.
We booked an executive room that states all rooms have view of pool and garden area. It also shows a rather plush spacious room.
The room we were provided with (549) has neither of these. View in pictures.
I spoke to reception twice and was advised not all executive rooms have these views and facilities.

The lobby etc., was beautiful. The rooms were a little dated but clean. Make sure you're in season for the air conditioning to be turned on. Our room was very quiet as far as the elevator and hallways were concerned. However, since it wasn't air condition season and we were on the 3rd floor we slept with our window open and it's pretty noisy then. The pool wasn't open yet due to it not being air condition season...

I was traveling with my husband and our 2 year old and booked a family room, and what we got was ridiculously small room, there wasnt even space to unpack properly. The bathroom was freezing, completely unacceptable for bathing a child. Basic amenities were missing, no proper hairdryer, no coffee or tea, and the TV looked like a cheap computer monitor. The hotel has the perfect location. Near to the Plaka, near to the Acropolis and the Marble Stadion. The view is amazing. From the room you can see the Temple of Zeus and the Acropolis. The room was huge big and comfortable.
The breakfast was on the top floor with an unique view....

Hotel needs upgrading on several levels. Stayed in hotel numerous occasions past 14 years. Recent visit disappointing.
