My wife and I were very pleased with Roommate Pau. The location was excellent. It was easy to get to from the airport (aerobus directly to Placa de Catalunya and a 5 minute walk). Its also very near the top of Las Ramblas, an easy walk to Mercat de La Boqueria and Placa Reial. Transportation to Parc Guell and Sagrada Familia was also convenient. Stayed at Roommate Pau for several days in October in their Junior Suite. Glorious room. Very spacious with an amazing terrace. Hotel was convenient to everything with a multitude of bars and restaurants around it. Property was well maintained. I need to give a big shout out to Alex who is part of their front desk staff. I chose the smallest room. It was good for a couple without too much luggage.
I really liked modern design of the inside.
My room was very quiet and very clean.
One day I left a safe unlocked ( I blame it on the jet lag) I came back after the room cleaning. All the content including electronics, passport, cards and cash was untouched. Thank you....

Modern small hotel. Very clean - spotless. Super comfy beds. Luxury style shower. Nice reading lamps. Very quiet- heard no noise from any other rooms. Jordi and breakfast bar were over the top. 2 expresso machines. Homemade egg casseroles and plenty of fresh fruit and fresh juices. Classy and tasteful Outside veranda beautiful and modern. Hotel Mau exceeded all of our expectations! I traveled with my husband and our little boy, and from the very first moment we arrived, we were greeted with huge smiles and even sweet gifts for our child.
