I come every year to the NH Bergamo, and it is always a mini vacation. The location is very conveniently located, the service is excellent, and the breakfast buffet a treat. The rooms are very quiet, but one is quickly in the buzz of the Citta Bassa. What else can one ask for? ...

Excellent hotel, as a solo female traveller I felt safe. Excellent location for trains and buses. Comfiest hotel bed i have ever slept in. Rooms have all the amenities you would require. You will need a European adaptor as no USB sockets but not an issue. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Also had some free water in my room. Highly recommend this hotel. ...

We had a great stay for three nights in this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, and within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. If travelling with children, we highly recommend the Impossible Museum, just across the street from the hotel entrance. Very fun for the whole family! ...

Good location in citta bassa (lower town) close to the railway station and airport bus stop. Quite basic chain hotel, nothing special. Though good size, clean and quiet room. Breakfast also very basic and not tasty at all....
