Hotel easily reachable by car, parking available. Big breakfast buffet (however, missed some good quality jam). Rooms are bright, so is the breakfast room....

Beware! Theft in our room at NH Hotel Bergamo.

I got robbed in my room! Checked in at 18:30 for an overnight stay and were assigned to a room one floor up from the lobby. We were given our key card and proceeded to our assigned room to freshen up and went out at around 19:00. We hanged a "Do Not Disturb" sign and went down to the front desk to ask referrals and directions to the nearest restaurant. We came back at 21:00 and as we came in to the room, we found all...

Bad Hygiene; start cleaning!

I would suggest the manager of this location to take each day a walk through the rooms and check the towels and bathrooms. It is unacceptable as a guest to find what seems to be blood staines on towels and dirty towels and have your hand stick to the towel because of soil in a hotel which advertises itself as a 4* hotel....

Great location, restaurants service made a difference, I would like to point out the excellent attitude of Ms. Pamela who made all her effort in smoothing small problems, giving the best possible service to the all group.
I recommend NH Bergamo for pleasure and business trip in the area.
