We had arrived after an exhausting morning of travelling and checked into the lobby front desk. They were quite nice and took us to our rooms.
The first thing we noticed was how different they were to how we booked. The ceilings were unbelievably low and the bathrooms were tiny. It wasnt what the photos were at all. The decorations looked somewhat the same but the room didnt.

Very attentive staff and hotel perfect. Located very close to a beach cove, this hotel was far far better than expected. Decor was simple and soothing, bed was very comfortable with the softest bedding. Although 3 star the service exceeded...

A lovely hotel in a great location! The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged transportation both from the airport on arrival and to the train station for departure. Breakfast was delicious! We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Biarritz....

Fantastic hotel, relaxing, comfortable, modern, super friendly staff - beach front, so beautiful!
I liked the welcome drink and the bag that was offered as a gift.
Large breakfast buffet with good coffee.
Nice bar with local drinks.

This hotel is fantastic. We had a great welcome, staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and the location was great. Beautiful walks around the hotel, delicious breakfast with their lemon-ginger shot and fresh orange juice, and hot and cold meals. You feel like a VIP. If you want to avoid noises from the street, ask to get a quiet room away from the street. We are definitely coming back, see you next year!
