Staff friendly, very helpful.
Across from Guggenheim Museum.
Short distance from town centre.
Beautiful walking area close by.
Would certainly book again and recommend to friends....

Great location to explore Bilbao, practically next door to Guggenheim museum. Staff is helpful and room was more than adequate for the four nights we stayed in Bilbao. Recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit the Basque Country....

This is a wonderful hotel. We thoroughly appreciated the extensive breakfast offerings, our well-appointed room, the convent location and attentive staff. The hotel is beautifully furnished, feels luxurious and our room had a great view of the Guggenheim. Highly recommended!!...

the hotel is beautiful and clean, the rooms are a good size and bed is comfortable. the staff is very friendly and the front desk remembered who we were. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of foods to chose from. hotel is in a great location...

Bilbao foodie heaven and arty Guggenheim

A comfortable hotel room upgrade from a standard room. We were at the back of the hotel so no view of the Guggenheim. You only need to walk out to see it :-). Reasonably located and most things within walking distance. Trips pick up opposite hotel too (slightly hampered by road works at the roundabout)....
