Excellent service, top location.
Very clean, nice rooms,next to Gugggenheim.
Excellent resto next door.
Breakfast is super, buffet and menu. Toasts are simply delicious.
Staff are very friendly and welcoming....

Very nice, quiet and convenient accommodations, located just down the street from the Bilbao Guggenheim. Easy access to numerous restaurants (including those offering pintxos) and shopping. Delicious breakfast to start off the day. Front desk and concierge were both very helpful. Highly recommended!...

Great location but depressing room

The hotel is in a fantastic spot, right across from the Guggenheim. Unfortunately, Room 21 was disappointingdark, with an opaque window facing an inner courtyard. This wasnt a last-minute booking, so I expected more. Id suggest avoiding courtyard facing rooms, and for the same price, its worth looking at other hotel options nearby....

We were in room 83, which I believe is on the top floor. It was very clean, nice view, nice bank of windows that could be opened. Good location across from the Guggenheim also nice area for walks around the neighborhood. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice.
Breakfast was typical of European hotels--nothing special but nice. We did not experience the traffic or other noise that other reviews have mentioned. ...

We stayed here only one night on our way to San Sebastián. As others have mentioned, the location was great to visit the Guggenheim. We had a lovely view of the park and Guggenheim. Room was clean and nicely appointed.
