Fantastic hotel in perfect location

Fantastic location close to major sights and 20 minute walk to old town. The hotel had great service and had clean rooms with nice amenities. We liked the fact that the staff spoke English and were super helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Bilbao...

Terrible Small Room and very noisy

For 170 per night: excluding Breakfast: incredibly small room, toilet facilities not properly separate from main room but even worse very loud cascading water sound through pipes in wall at midnight then 0600 am and continuing to 700am so sleep disturbed. Staff not interested and unhelpful. I usually stay at the Arte hotel in Bilbao nearby which is Much, Much better. Never again....

The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, very close to the Guggenheim Museum. The team at the reception went above and beyond to make our stay special and help us when we needed assistance. Would happily recommend!...

Great Hotel

Lovely hotel, with a perfect location just opposite the Guggenheim Museum. Staff on reception and in the breakfast room very friendly and helpful. Nice, very clean room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent - we hope to return here....

The hotel as such as well as the room are excellent. The location is perfect to visit the Guggenheim Museum at Bilbao. And the hotel staff is more than friendly and very supportive. I warmly recommend the hotel...
