Hotel was poor and rooms were very small! 200 euro per night without breakfast are definitely too much...

Good location in Deusto area of Bilbao, convenient for Guggenheim, pleasant staff and clean rooms. Could have perhaps done with a small fridge but was glad of a (free) safe and plenty of wardrobe room. Bath/shower enclosure a bit awkward and shower slightly ropey. Good free wifi. No tea/coffee facilities in rooms. ...

Sleepless nights due to overnight construction

Dont book this hotel as long as the construction next door continues. The city is allowing the construction all day and night and the hotel has not warned guests or discounted the rooms. The entire night they are pounding the ground and heavy machine work is happening all night. The reception doesnt make any apologies or concessions for guests and just says its the city governments fault!...
