The hotel is well located, few steps from metro, also by walk to the center like Gran via, Guggenheim museum, Bilboats station is fine, but still calm residential area. Airport bus or taxi is also fine from here.
Breakfast has variety and good quality products, was nice service and all was always refilled.
Room and in generally hotel clean, has all for comfort what you expect in 3* hotel. Rooms modern, renovated.

Hotel was poor and rooms were very small! 200 euro per night without breakfast are definitely too much...

Good location in Deusto area of Bilbao, convenient for Guggenheim, pleasant staff and clean rooms. Could have perhaps done with a small fridge but was glad of a (free) safe and plenty of wardrobe room. Bath/shower enclosure a bit awkward and shower slightly ropey. Good free wifi. No tea/coffee facilities in rooms. ...

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, including those at the reception, the breakfast restaurant, and the cleaning staff. Good job!!...
