This is the ideal place to stay when exploring old town Bilbao. The hotel had a hip, fun feel to it.
Asier helped us at the front desk and he is fantastic! The hotel does not provide parking but, there is a parking garage approximately two minute walk from the hotel. We had no problems at all....

Brilliant stay in a wonderfully positioned hotel - right in the old town!
Had an issue checking in as Expedia didn't send through our request for a twin room. The staff were so helpful and great about it. We were initially given a double and asked to check again in the morning so we could get a twin, however five minutes later they'd managed to find us one!

First impressions count! despite having filled in all the forms on line the check in procedure was mayhem! I had booked 8 rooms in total and on check in they wanted me to pay in full for the 3 rooms for my family I have travelled all over the world & NEVER have I been asked to pay in advance the rooms are compact .. lots of little things are annoying sporadic water replacement and no plug in the sink when we as...

A forced smile at check in - had to pay a security deposit which is a a first for me and this is a warning of the type of customers they must be dealing with. You also need use a credit card for this according to their house rules - if not they would cancel your booking and bid you farewell.

Decent hotel in a great location with good access to public transportation and restaurants. Staff is friendly and all seem to speak a variety of languages. Breakfast not worth the ; please, please, venture out for a coffee and a tortilla, or pastry, etc somewhere else. Gym is VERY small, so don't expect a lot of room to stretch or ?
