This was our third stay. Location is perfect. Hotel is modern, comfortable, friendly reception staff, easy check-in online day before.
Bedroom was comfortable and great air con, lovely view from our room 510 facing the bridge. Cleaned/serviced every day if you wanted. Towels and bed linen was of high quality, bed was comfortable. Recommend 100%....

Good location for sight seeing, luckily my husband booked a terrace suite room for our anniversary, not sure what a standard room would be like. The worst pillows we have ever slept on, the hotel did try and accommodate a request for better pillows, we were there 3 nights and didnt have the greatest sleep. 1 very rude waiter in the restaurant. Central location to visit Bilbao and all the nice things it has to offer (old town, plaza nueva, shopping street, Guggenheim). All within walking distance. Rooms are okay, nothing special. Nevertheless, I wouldn't come back because of the staff. We stayed for 4 days and none of them I felt welcome. No one but one male barmember kindly salutes you when you enter reception/bar. This is the ideal place to stay when exploring old town Bilbao. The hotel had a hip, fun feel to it.
Asier helped us at the front desk and he is fantastic! The hotel does not provide parking but, there is a parking garage approximately two minute walk from the hotel. We had no problems at all....

Brilliant stay in a wonderfully positioned hotel - right in the old town!
Had an issue checking in as Expedia didn't send through our request for a twin room. The staff were so helpful and great about it. We were initially given a double and asked to check again in the morning so we could get a twin, however five minutes later they'd managed to find us one!
