Location: excellent. Room: clean, but small, and dark, because it faces somebody else's windows over a very small courtyard.
I stayed for two nights in the end of April. One night it was very hot, I turned the AC on, but soon realized it wasn't cooling at all. The next morning I reported the problem to the staff. The woman said it wasn't supposed to work yet, because it's working seasonally, and it wasn't the AC sea...

Excellent Hotel to stay in Bilbao

The room is spacious with view of the square and the bed is very comfortable. Staff is very friendly. The location is perfect with walking distances to the old town, the Erriberako Merkatua (central market), the Nafarroa Kalea bridge, the Guggenheim Museum, etc....

Good clean hotel and room.
No complementary water bottles though.
Breakfast was below average.
But amazing view of the streets of old town (Casco viejo) from the bedroom balcony.
No restaurant is there in the hotel for lunch or dinner........

Good hotel with spacious rooms, good furniture and cozy design. Linens were soft. Location was very convenient to start discovering city centre. Breakfast table everyday was full of fresh food. Staff was really attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!...

Lovely little hotel, perfect for exploring Bilbao,..2 minutes walk from the metro station or the tram stop, the bus stops are almost outside the hotel. The hotel is welcoming and clean and the staff are extremely helpful and kind. Our room (classic up-grade) was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and large. The bathroom was also big and had all the toiletries like shampoo, handwash, shower gel and body lotio...
